Limousine airport service

• Domestic arrival : Grace period of 30 minutes after flight arrival
• International arrival : Grace period of 45 minutes after flight arrival
• After the allowed waiting time; supplementary charges will be in 15 minutes segments.

Limousine regular service

• Residence, business office or other: Grace period of 15 minutes after established pick-up time
• After the allowed waiting time; supplementary charges will be in 15 minutes segments.

No-show

• Charges according to order in hand, plus waiting time if applicable

Cancellation

Regular season

• Two (2) hours advance notice, no charges
• Less than (2) hours advance notice, charges according to order in hand

High season

• Evaluation to be considered

• We do not require signature of passenger, unless requested by the customer who ordered.
